Thank you for choosing Camp Easy for your camping holiday. We do our best to ensure that all our campers are able to enjoy their time with us with the best conditions we can offer. Please read our campsite Terms and Conditions carefully, before booking your pitch, thank you. We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Any such changes will take effect immediately when posted on the Website or otherwise brought to your attention. It is your responsibility to read the Terms each time you submit a booking request and any such request shall signify that you have accepted to be bound by the latest set of Terms. All guests must check in with a member of the campsite staff and adhere to the relevant campsite rules.  As our site is located in a rural environment, we do not accept responsibility for any damage, injury or inconvenience caused by the weather, plants, trees, insects, animals or wildlife. We accept no responsibility whatsoever for damage or loss of theft to guests during their stay at Camp Easy. Guests are entirely responsible for their own property and the behaviour of their party at all times. In the event of a complaint, please speak to the reception immediately. By making a booking, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions and agree that at least one member of your booking is aged 18 or over and takes full responsibility for any damage or loss caused by any member of your party. Your booking must be paid for in full before arrival. Care should be taken not to damage the site of surrounding locality. Trees, fences, buildings, equipment and stock should all be respected. During your stay at Camp Easy, members of our staff may take promotional photographs of guests enjoying themselves for our website and social media such as Facebook, Twitter or Instagram. We never reveal the names of any guests however if you would NOT like you or any of your family members to be displayed in any Camp Easy promotional material, please let us know. 

To avail the free cancellation, the customer should follow the following stated criteria: * If the customer has booked in less than 14 days before check-in, the customer can avail free cancellation for 48 hours after the booking and up to 5 days before the check-in. * To avail the refund of the booking value, the guests must cancel 5 days in advance before the listing's local check-in time that has been mentioned to the customer in the confirmation mail. The service fees will only be included when the guest cancels within the free cancellation period of their reservation. * Under any circumstances, if the guest cancels less than 5 days in advance they will receive 50% of the booking value but, the service fees will not be included in the refund value. * If the guest arrives and decides to leave early then no amount will be refunded.
