General Check-in / Check-out Policy is as per below: Check-in time is 12 noon and check-out time is 10:00 am. Subject to availability, early check-in and late check-out will be considered. Refund Policy is as per below: Upon cancellation of booking, the refund of the booking amount will be initiated.The booking amount after deduction of cancellation charges and taxes, as applicable, will be credited into the bank account of the Customer using the same payment mode (i.e. debit card/ credit card/ net-banking) by which the booking was made by the Customer. We use PayUMoney for all our online payments and transactions and customer will be safely refunded as per PayU’s refund policy. The refund process may take 2-3 business days. In keeping with our heightened security procedures we request you to provide your photo-identity proof while checking-in. Indian Nationals can present any of the following which is mandatory: Passport, Driving License, Voter ID Card, Pan Card. Foreign Nationals are required to present their passport and valid visa. Cancellation Policy is as below: Cancellation of bookings must be done 48 hours prior to arrival. After which 1 nights retention will be applicable.No cancellation charges apply. Amendment of bookings is allowed until only 48 hours prior to arrival.

To avail the free cancellation, the customer should follow the following stated criteria:
* If the customer has booked in less than 14 days before check-in, the customer can avail free cancellation for 48 hours after the booking and up to 5 days before the check-in.
* To avail the refund of the booking value, the guests must cancel 5 days in advance before the listing's local check-in time that has been mentioned to the customer in the confirmation mail. The service fees will only be included when the guest cancels within the free cancellation period of their reservation.
* Under any circumstances, if the guest cancels less than 5 days in advance they will receive 50% of the booking value but, the service fees will not be included in the refund value.
* If the guest arrives and decides to leave early then no amount will be refunded.
