Cancellation Policy for Various Liamtra Services

SERVICE LIABILITIES AND LIMITATIONS:

  1. The contract will be not effective between the service provider agency Liamliang Digital Avenue Private Limited (Liamtra) and the client until it receives the full amount of payment from client.


  1. Please note that after the finalization of the Tour/ service Cost, if there are any Hike in entrance fees of monuments / museums, Taxes, fuel cost or guide charges – by Govt of India, the same would be charged as extra.


Liamtra act only in the capacity of agent for the hotels, airlines, transporters, railways & contractors providing other services & all exchange orders, receipts, contracts & tickets issued by us are issued subject to terms & conditions under which these services are provided by them.


  1. Liamtra has the right to take decision by reason for:-


a) To cancel the contract by reason prior to the date of service provide and if does so, its liability shall be limited to refunding amount received from client without inclusion of any percentage of interest.


b) To amend of route / Timing of transportation service in such situation of any unavoidable circumstance.


  1. Liamtra cannot be responsible for any improper services provided by any other service provider agency apart from services officially confirmed by Liamtra also not be responsible for the sudden situations if arise within the service providing period by the agency Liamtra as damage , lost of luggage or any valuable goods, in the case of caused by the act or default of the management or employee of any hotelier, airline, surface transport, who are the agency’s independent service associates.


The company is also not liable for situation arising outside of normal selection and inspection process, or acts of Government authority, riots, civil or political disturbances, strike, natural calamitys - as landslide, flood, earthquake, and others of it’s kind. As a result of any of the causes delay of days out of contract period and changes of itinerary the extra expense will be bear by the client

  1. The company shall in no any circumstances whatsoever be liable to the client or persons traveling with the agency in the contract period of service provide for :-


Any death, physical injury, sickness, accidental case, any illegal or immoral activity, any penalty by caused of activity’s against civic rule, any damage or lost of luggage or valuable goods,


  1. For Tour services, all itineraries are sample itineraries, intended to give you a general idea of the likely trip schedule. Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, the physical ability of the participants etc. may dictate itinerary changes either before the tour or while on the trail. We reserve the right to change any schedule in the interest of the trip participants' safety, comfort & general well being.


  1. The amount quoted for the particular services has been calculated as per the fuel and related cost prevailing at the time of submission of the rate quotation.


Liamtra reserves the right to amend the quoted rate in case of changes in any tax or surcharges structure, increase of fuel cost, and any of cost increase beyond control of the company. On that situation the service provider agency Liamtra will inform in advance to the client or related person for additional payment amount to be paid before start of service.


Our rates are based on the prevailing rates as negotiated by us with the hotels, airlines etc. Hotels and Airlines retain the right to modify the rates without notice. In case of such changes the rates quoted before the modification, can be changed by us according to the modifications by hotels or airlines. All hotel bookings are based on usual check in and check out time of the hotels until unless indicated in the itinerary.



  1. This contract will be governed by Indian law. In the event of a dispute or difference between “Liamliang Digital Avenue Private Limited” and the client should be negotiate or finalize in the exclusive administrative jurisdiction of Siliguri subdivision of Darjeeling district in India.


PAYMENTS:

For all the services contracted, certain advance payment should be made to hold the booking, on confirmed basis & the balance amount can be paid either before your departure from your destinations or upon arrival in the destination but definitely before the commencement of the services. Management personnels hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as advance payment, based on the nature of the service & the time left for the commencement of the service.


Apart from above in some cases like flights, hotels or resorts bookings during the peak season (X-Mas, New Year), full payment is required to be sent in advance.


Mode of Payment:

Overseas advance payment can be made through Wire Transfer to our bank.


BOOKING PROCEDURE :

  • Request for package bookings to be confirmed by written only

  • All booking correspondence to be made by written only

  • No. verbal communication to be considered, if any dispute occurs

  • Booking to be confirmed only after getting 50% of the total package cost

  • Rest of the payment to be cleared before starting the service


CANCELLATION TERMS AND POLICIES

In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:

Once the booking is done and advance paid, minimum 10% of the package cost to be deducted

If postponed or preponed of the service date made on or before 30 days, only 5% of the package cost to be deducted and cost for the desired date of the service to be calculated on the basis of Hotel Cost and Transportation Cost of that particular time period


  • 45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the Tour / service cost

  • 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the Tour / service cost

  • 07 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Tour / service cost

  • 48 hours prior to arrival OR No Show: No Refund


Note: Written cancellation will accept on all working days, except Sunday, Any cancellation sent on Sunday's will be considered on next working day (Monday).
