Itinerary

• Day 01 Shimla:
  
  Pick Up from Delhi and drive to Shimla (375 Kms / approx 08 Hrs / 7500 feet) Welcome onboard a wonderful tour with your own Liamtra tour and travels to one of the most happening destination – Himachal! Today, we start a scenic drive from Delhi meeting point towards Shimla. Situated in the Himalayan ranges, Shimla is a picturesque hill station in Himachal Pradesh. Check in at the resort and relax. Over night at the resort. Note – Tourists coming down from other cities on their own have to reach Delhi latest by 8am on the day of departure. The pickup will be from Meeting Point (Hotel what is recommended ), where guests can freshen up / have breakfast (on their own, at direct payment basis) and join the tour. The vehicles shall depart at 9.15am from this hotel It’s also advisable that the clients reach Delhi a night prior to the date of departure so as to join the tour comfortably (please check with our holiday experts for special deals on suggested hotels near the airport).|
  
  Day 02 Shimla:
  
  In Shimla – Naldhera, Kufri and Mall Road Today morning after a filling delicious breakfast, visit Naldhera. It boasts of the oldest 9 hole golf course in the country. Crowned with a springing turf the Golf Course was suggested by Lord Curzon. He was so enchanted by the place that he gave his daughter Alexendra, “Naldehra” as her second name. The Naga temple is also situated here and Naldehra derives its name from it. Later drive to Kufri derives its name from ‘Kufri’ which means lake. It is especially popular among trekkers. The salubrious climate and stunning natural beauty makes Kufri a perfect summer getaway. Kufri is also a haven for nature enthusiasts and wildlife lovers as the Himalayan Nature Park is situated on the outskirts of the town. The Park is home to over 180 varieties of fauna. Thereafter visit the famous mall road of Shimla. Visit the Scandal Point, Jhakoo Temple (private vehicles do not have access to Jhakoo temple because of the location. The guests can take a shared taxi available on Mall Road and visit the temple. It’s advisable to visit the temple before it turns dark; hence the guests can first visit the temple and then spend time on the mall road.) After ample of Shopping time, return to your hotel for a mouth watering dinner. Overnight in the resort.|
  
  Day 03 Manali:
  
  Transfer to Manali (290kms / approx 08 to 09 hours / 6,726 feet) After an early breakfast, depart for Manali by road. Enjoy the scenic beauty of enchanting Kullu Valley while you drive to Manali. In Hinduism, Manu was said to have survived a great flood that destroyed the rest of the world. He then recreated mankind in this Kullu Valley town. Boost your adrenaline rush while you enjoy White Water Rafting in the gushing waters of the Beas River (on your own). Later arrive in Manali and check in at the hotel. Overnight in the hotel.|
  
  Day 04 Manali:
  
  In Manali – Day at leisure – reserved for excursion to Snow Point and Solang Excursion (51 K ms / approx 3.5 hours one way / on direct payment basis) After early breakfast enjoy a breathtaking drive to Snow Point on the road to Rohthang Pass (Closed On Tuesdays). Known for its scenic beauty, Rohtang Pass holds strategic importance for India. Manali-Leh Highway, a part of NH 21, transverses Rohtang Pass. The name Rohtang means ‘ground of corpses’ due to the number of people who lost their lives trying to cross it. Besides Lahaul and Spiti, Rohtang Pass also serves as the gateway to Pangi and the valley of Leh. The Pass offers beautiful sights of glaciers, peaks, Lahaul Valley and the Chandra River. The twin peaks of Geypan are also visible from Rohtang. Later visit the famous Solang Valley. Solang Valley, locally known as Solang Nullah, is renowned as the preferred location for adventure activities in Himachal Pradesh. For those who love the rush of adrenaline; there is no place better than Solang in Kullu Valley to indulge in parachuting, paragliding, skating and zorbing. It is 8500 feet above mean sea level. Solang is not just about adventure activities. Its lush greenery, apple orchards, snow-capped peaks and lakes attracts lacs of visitors. Return to hotel by the evening. Enjoy Dinner and overnight in hotel.|
  
  Day 05 Manali:
  
  In Manali – Naggar Excursion and Local Sight Seeing Today morning after breakfast, visit Naggar. Naggar was the former capital of Kullu. It was founded by Raja Visudhpal and continued as a headquarters of the State until the capital was transferred to Sultanpur (Kullu) by Jagat Singh in 1460 A.D. Today this ancient and beautiful Palace is a popular tourist spot. Prof. Late Nicholas Roerich, a reputed artist had chosen Naggar as his residence when he came to India in 1929. The house has now been converted in an art gallery which houses numbers of rare paintings and other specimen of art in Naggar. After lunch, enjoy Manali Local Sightseeing. Visit Hadimba Temple, Vashisth Kund. Hadimba temple, Also known as the Doongri Temple, is a four-tiered pagoda-like wooden temple standing in deodar trees and has beautiful carvings on its ornamental door. Dedicated to Hadimba, the wife of Bhim, this temple is the venue for an annual fair held during May. Vashishta Springs, are located across the Beas river, about 3 km away from Manali, at an altitude of 1,982 meters (6,200 feet) and are the natural sulphur hot springs. Enjoy the evening on the mall road where you can buy souvenirs and handicrafts (on your own). Overnight in hotel.|
  
  Day 06 Chandigarh:
  
  Transfer to Chandigarh/Panchkula (320kms / approx 09 to 10 hours) Today after breakfast, wave a goodbye to Manali and drive to Chandigarh by road. Visit the well known Kullu Vaishnomata Temple in Kullu. Later check in at the hotel in Chandigarh. Overnight at the hotel.|
  
  Day 07 Delhi:
  
  Chandigarh Sightseeing and Drive to Delhi (265kms / approx. 06 hours drive) Last day of the tour, today after early breakfast, visit Rock Garden. Chandigarh rock garden is an epitome of creativity and innovation. It is a unique garden that consists of various art objects. But the best part about the rock garden is that each of its artwork has been made by using industrial & urban waste. Adjoining Rock Garden is the Sukhna Lake. Chandigarh Sukhna Lake serves as a great picnic spot and an apt place for pursuing water sport activities like boating, yachting and water skiing etc. Later proceed to Delhi. The mesmerising tour concludes as the coach drops you at Delhi Domestic Airport. You can aboard your further connection for your place with innumerable Himachal memories! Note – Guests who would like to book their return journeys out of Delhi, can book their flights/trains after 6pm on the last day of tour – subject the traffic, road conditions and the time group checks out in the morning. Booking Confirmation Policy

• Payment policy of our company is very simple and straight forward. The Payment policy applies once your reservation or booking has been confirmed. A confirmed reservation means as soon as you have secured your reservation by providing your money transfer or other payment disbursement on the cost that is mutually agreed upon for the requested destination package or service, Payment should be made to the bank account of the C Himalaya Tour and Travels mentioning in the invoice / Email.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• 50% advance payment must be made to hold the booking on a confirmed basis and then the balance amount 30 % before 25 days of your tour Date and rest 20 % should be paid on your arrival. The cancellation policy. In case you need to cancel your Tour due to any Reason . C Himalaya Tour & Travels shall strive to give you the maximum possible refund subject to the agreement.
  a)If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 25% of booking value will be charged as cancellation fees.
  b) If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of booking value will be charged as cancellation fees.
  c) If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of booking value will be charged as cancellation fees.
  d) In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and in such cases the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However no refund will be provided for the same. The organizer reserves the right to withdraw from the contract also on short notice. If the fulfillment of a contract is not possible at another time or if the customer cannot take part in the alternative services offered, any paid fees will be refunded minus charges for services rendered. Further damage claims are not possible. The organizer reserves the right to cancel the program on short notice if participants cause the fulfillment of a contract to be endangered or made impossible by their behavior, their omissions or other actions. Please note that a danger-free completion of the activity is in everyone’s interest. All decisions made by the activity leaders are final. The organizer expressly reserves the right to modify the program. The organizer will strive for an equivalent service replacement.
