• The hotel booking voucher which mm hotels issues to a User is solely based on the information provided or updated by the hotel regarding the inventory availability. In no circumstances can mm hotels be held liable for failure on part of a hotel to accommodate the User with a confirmed booking, the standard of service or any insufficiency in the services, or any other service related issues at the hotel. The liability of mm hotels in case of denial of check-in by a hotel for any reason what-so-ever including over-booking, system or
  technical errors, or unavailability of rooms etc., will be limited to either providing a similar alternate accommodation at the discretion of mm hotels (subject to availability at that time), or refunding the booking amount (to the extent paid) to the User. Any other service related issues should be directly resolved by the User with the hotel.
  

Cancellation Policy Type

To avail the free cancellation, the customer should follow the following stated criteria:

* If the customer has booked in less than 14 days before check-in, the customer can avail free cancellation for 48 hours after the booking and up to 5 days before the check-in.

* To avail the refund of the booking value, the guests must cancel 5 days in advance before the listing's local check-in time that has been mentioned to the customer in the confirmation mail. The service fees will only be included when the guest cancels within the free cancellation period of their reservation.

* Under any circumstances, if the guest cancels less than 5 days in advance they will receive 50% of the booking value but, the service fees will not be included in the refund value.

* If the guest arrives and decides to leave early then no amount will be refunded.

Guest Policy

• According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at Katson Blue. The identification proofs accepted are Drivers License, Voters Card, Passport, Ration Card. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in. The primary guest checking in to the hotel must be at least 18 years of age. The standard check-in time is 12:00 PM and the standard check-out time is 10:00 AM. After booking you will be sent an email confirmation with hotel phone number. You can contact the hotel directly for early check-in or late check-out. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by Katson Blue. This is a couple friendly property. Unmarried/Unrelated couples are allowed to check-in. Local Ids can be presented as proof of identification. Final rights of admission/check-in remain reserved with the hotel management & refund can be denied in-case any misconduct is observed by the hotel management. The room tariff includes all taxes.
