How Do I List A Unique Home?
Listing a unique home is easy! If you have one or more properties that would be considered “unique” simply go to the Create Listing page in Liamtra and begin filling out your listing details. You can choose from several different types of listings:
- Unique Home – For properties that are in some way unusual or stand out from others on the market (for example a cute wood cabin with no electricity but traditional lighting)
- Family Homestay – For families who offer their home as part of an affordable homestay program.
In this guide, we will show you how easy it is to list your home or find someone else’s on Liamtra by walking through our step by step process from start to finish using pictures and examples from real listings on our site today!

To start, download the Liamtra App or open liamtra.com and register. Let’s head on to get your ‘Unique Home’ listed once you have successfully registered as a Liamtrian. (A registered user of Liamtra becomes a Liamtrian).
Step To List Unique Homes On Liamtra
So, how do you list your unique home on Liamtra? It’s easy! Here is a step-by-step guide to take you through the process of creating and perfecting your first listing from start to finish. Listing is almost always time-consuming and hard at some point, but following the steps below will guide you along to get started. Just do it and rent out your spare room for Liamtra’s unique home service.
Also, make sure that you have your ID Proof Images (Aadhaar, or Voter id), Property Images or videos.
Step 1: Creating Profile
As shown in the picture below, click on ‘My Account’ and select the ‘My Profile’ option on the dropdown on the top right corner of the homepage.
You will be directed to a form asking you to fill in the most general information about yourself. Start filling the blank spaces and make sure you do not miss out the details especially if the category has a red star. Take a look at the picture below:
Save & Continue to ‘Business’ once you have completed the ‘Profile’ section.
Fill in the details, then save & continue to the next section ‘Payment’. A page will appear like the picture below. Take a closer look at it. Take note that this section is the most important part as every business or service will require a transaction once your service is used.
Take the last section ‘Preference’ after completing the ‘Payment’ section. There is an option for you to choose to get notification alerts for any booking or others.
Finally, you have come to the end of the first step. We have made it to creating your profile successfully, (well some might have taken a few attempts). Now, you are good to go to the next step…
Step 2: Listing Unique Home
The second step is to list your Unique Home service on the platform. To start your listing, navigate to ‘My Listing’ and select ‘Manage Unique Home’ from the dropdown. Your screen should appear like the picture below:
Now then, navigate to ‘Add New Property’ and click it to take you to a new page.
A listing form will appear once you hit the ‘Add New Property’ button. Few details such as your name and a unique listing ID will exist by default. You can fill in the rest of the details. However, before that you understand few things like the following:
Unique Home Title: Firstly, think of a good title for your Unique Home as this will be your first impression.
Room Type: The options are quite straightforward, therefore select the option that describes best your property. This distinction is one of the most crucial parts, as both you and your guests may have a concern about maintaining privacy at some level. So, keep in mind to estimate and create a listing to attract the most fitting guests for your property.
Also, before selecting ‘Entire House’, be mindful that granting guests full access to your listing would obliged them to access other amenities on the property, such as swimming pool or garage. Alternately, other options necessitates more home sharing than you might typically expect, such as that of any connecting rooms, bathrooms, or kitchens.
The ‘select all’ options select all the categories on the drop down, so if you have all the room types such as Entire house, Premium, Superior, and more, the next form will ask you to specifically enter the details.
Number of guests: You can manually enter how many guests can be accommodated comfortably in your property or allotted rooms. Considering the room size, bed size, number of extra mattresses, provided the room is comfortable for sleeping arrangement, you can estimate the maximum number of people.
Once you are ready with the details, you can ‘save & continue’ to the next part of the form which is still part of step 2.
- This second form will prompt you to enter precise details of your listing. Initially, you will provide the details of the ‘Entire House’ in the menu.
- Provide the ‘Available Unit’, ‘Number of Rooms’, and ‘Description’ about the particular room type.
- Give an accurate and proper description of the room you are offering your guests. For instance, it could be a unique space, Bed & Breakfast, or any other specific description like facing the mountain/oceanside.
- Entering the right amenities for the listing is very helpful. Make sure you include every appropriate amenities that you think your guest will be confident to choose your property.
- Provide the most beautiful photograph of each of the particular rooms,
- As you continue, enter your quoted price in the ‘selling price’ column and your ‘offer price’ in the next. Keep providing the details in the form.
Follow the same steps for other ‘Room Type’ and then ‘save & continue’ to the next part of the form of step 2.
As you move along, You will need to provide more information about your listing. This page will require you to fill in your property type and other details. The most important part is Term & Condition, your cancellation Policy (Which we recommend you to choose ‘moderate’). We also encourage you to go through the Cancellation Policy. Having done that, you can proceed to provide the Guest Policy. With that done, you can ‘save and continue’ to the next final step.
Step 3: Uploading Images
This step is almost at the end. Here, all that is required from you are the best photographs of your property. Keep in mind that no matter how many photos you decide to upload, the first three should stand out from the rest as guests will probably decide to book your service from the look of those first three photos.
Be ready for the final touch on the next step.
Step 4: Publish Your Liamtra Unique Home
When you are finally done with the rest of the step, one last thing is left to do. Just click once more time on ‘Safe & Continue’ and your listing is done. Full and final publishing will be confirmed from the admin panel which take usually a minute or two. Once, your listing is accepted and confirmed your Unique Home is Live and now it’s your wait to receive the first booking.
We should agree that it was a painstaking job to list each and every detail of the unique home, therefore, be diligent with your listing details. A small error is best avoided as it can cause a massive impact.
